The main goals of KWEIC is to improve the status of women in Lithuania, provide assistance in solving their employment, business establishment and development problems, train women leaders, as well as influence public opinion on equality issues.
At the moment the Centre is active in the fields of employment, adult education, social economics and equal rights and opportunities for all.
